[BC] Dees Console

I wished that SAS would make a "smaller version" of it. It's rotary fader, right 
up my alley, but too big for my station. That big console would take up too much 
of my counter space. Five Channels is all I need with 10 inputs, 2 per channel. 
That what my BE has.
