[BC] Toll Free Numbers

Hi Fellow Engineers.
 
If memory serves me correctly, some time ago there was a discussion about toll free numbers and there were several suggestions on companies to use. For the life of me, I can't find that discussion and wondering what the verdict was for a toll free number. While on the subject, anyone know about Primetel and the FBI raid that happened last month? Guess Primetel holds 1.9 million 800 numbers, 25% share.
