[BC] FM History - Armstrong's Lawsuit

I seem to recall that Major Armstrong's wife, persued the lawsuits that her husband had filed against David Sarnoff and the RCA Corporation and won them or a settlement judgement years later.   Is this correct or am I whistling in the breeze?
