Where on God's earth did you get that information? I haven't talked
to him in a while but I've visited his "funny farm" apartment in a
rather nice building in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan. When
was the supposed association with Motorola? When we were running Kahn
stereo at XTRA, C-Quam didn't even exist. Being licensed in Mexico we
could run it well before anyone in the US. He had a bitter fight with
Motorola. I can't picture him having any association with them.

I think I'd be careful about spreading information about someone
being institutionalized, especially such a prominent figure, until
you're absolutely sure. Please supply whatever information you can
about all this.

The last time I talked to him he was running Kahn Communications and
doing some serious work for the military.
