Too Danged high...

$50k/yr minimum if you don't have an "agreement" in place or belong to 
one of the many "multiple user" outfits that spread the load across 
several streams...

There's supposed to be some sort of a deal that would allow internet 
stations just starting out to do it for 10% of that...
