Hi Gang,

I  have an interesting problem that I haven't seen addressed on this list.

Is it legal to broadcast an internet radio stream over the air.  If so where 
do I find the reference for the authorization to do so or not?

I couldn't find anything after a brief search of Part 73.

We have a Part 15 station that wants to purchase time on one of our Class D 
stations as kind of an LMA.
