[BC] Transmitter metering KLIF 12-tower

Actually, it was only uphill to about 5 of the towers,  the remaining were level or slightly downhill.   I wanted to level the area of the towers but that involved the cost of moving too much earth.   We ended up with all the tower base insulators being at the same elevation but the mounds were built for at least 5 towers. This gave us erosion problems for ground screens and radials.  The mounds were compacted, but on my recent visit to the site, with Chief Engineer Louis Sutton,  it appears that over the years the tower foundations  are settling over the years.
