One thing's for sure: he'll never lose another soldering iron.

I know a general contractor who has hot-dipped his tools so they have 
bright pink rubberized grips.   He also has a Barbie-themed tool-box.  A 
new guy will MAYBE laugh at his tools exactly once;  he's a pretty burly 
guy.  And his tools no longer have a habit of "wandering off".  Nobody 
wants his pink Barbie tools!
