[BC] Novus Development?

Someone on another list has acquired some RS-232 - to - Ethernet 
adapters that evidently were intended for some application in broadcast 
automation systems; they're labeled  Novus Development RTP-72A Ethernet 
to RS232 Converter

He's tried the website but the only info is a support email which he's tried

Any ideas?
