As a replacement for the Census Bureau's now-defunct Tiger Map service, FCC "FM Query" now provides the means to plot service contours over the satellite photos in Google Earth. This also allows multiple contours to be displayed at the same time. I have no problem if I download the .kml file, but it doesn't seem to work yet in Google Maps. Mark
