That was a 250 Watt transmitter. There may be 1 kW versions with the same model number. The transformers were filled with "tar," as was the style of the day. However, some HV capacitors MAY have used Askarel, a PCB. It depends upon the construction date. I would just have all the oil capacitors disposed of as though they were Askarel. You can readily see that the transformers do not contain oil, and PCBs were only used in various oils.
