[BC] Echo/reverb on TV network spots

I've checked it a few times, not hearing it - but my set is old NTSC, 
internal speakers (it is stereo). Via GrandeCom analog cable in south 
Texas. No converter box -- cable plugged directly in to set 
tuner/antenna input.
