Yeah...  You won't get the "after hours"  treatment or the "not  
supported anymore" from Nautel either.  There's another bunch that  
forgets they built stuff after about ten years. Nautel still claims  
their products from the beginning and will be happy to answer  
questions after bankers' hours.  A product is only as good as it's  
support and Nautel is great at support.
