Well, you could just build or purchase a 12-volt power supply and use what
you have.  We have a nice little 1-RU Carvin DCM150 here that will crank out
150 watts into 8 ohms in bridged mode.  It uses some sort of small amp
modules, maybe SanKen, I don't know but most of the guts consist of a toroid
power XFRMR and power supply.  There's a lot of air in the box and it would
be possible to shrink it.  It wouldn't be too hard to build an amp, try

transistor pairs in either SAP10 or SAP15, 100-watt or 150-watt
respectively.  Again, the power supply would take up the most space in your
cabinet unless you wanted to mount it externally.
