[BC] Padding down a sat receiver input

I had a dish a few years ago that was just getting buckets of signal, and we
picked up a couple of F connector pads from Radio Shack (gasp!).  I can't
remember if they were 3 or 6db, but they were inexpensive and worked just
fine.  Since all the receivers were getting too much signal, we put the pads
in line on the input of the splitter.  There were no problems in powering
the LNB.  A little cleaner than RG-6 coiled in the ceiling...
