FM Fool is a very useful resource, but you might also make a note of:

http://www.city-data.com/

It will generate a short list of "strongest" radio and TV stations
covering a particular community, as well as land mobile licenses,
FCC-registered towers, housing and income statistics, and a wealth of
other public information.  The results usual differ if you search by
zipcode rather than community name.
