[BC] FM signal program

There is a web site, designed for FM dx'ers, which allows one to enter  
a city name or coordinates and get a list of FM signals & relative  
signal level at that site.  Apparently uses a terrain database, as it  
will also indicate any blockages between the FM station and the  
receive location.  Interesting site, good for showing non-tech folks  
where problem areas are for a station without getting too technical.

They also had a companion program for TV at this site.

This is not the V-soft site.

Had the link book marked on my computer at the station, but the hard  
drive went south.
