[BC] Sine Remote with AT&T Cellular now working

I have a Telular GSM version and only have intermittent operation at 
best.  About half way through trying to take readings it stops 
recognizing tones.  It's on ATT and it sucks!  However when I bring it 
down off the hill it works great in the city where we have better sig 
strength.
