 Not in the slightest !
 You don't see me on this list advocating Linux, Rivendell, or
 anything else for that matter, 3 or 4 times a week.
 ( although Rivendell can make coffee, and probably slice
 bread too, if I think about it )

 The right tool for the right job, and Linux is no more
 the end-all be-all than anything else.

 What Linux has over all of the others, including QNX, Solaris,
 BSD, and Windows, is that if/when it's not what YOU need for
 a particular task, then you are free to re-write it so that it is,
 and the source code is freely available to you in order to
 do so.

 BUT, it's not for everybody any more than anything else.
