[BC] Radio and Records to Close?????

This follows with the trend of daily newspapers. Do
stations need to report to trades any longer? With
off-air monitoring sending in playlists to R&R, FMQB,
Billboard, etc. is a thing of the past. Paper adds are also
in the past. How many PD's are there today? Their ranks
have diminished as has the budget for trade publications.
