[BC] Dial Global crash

We only had a couple of silent seconds here in Wooster Ohio, all seems fine now. Both stations playing music as of 3:45pm EDT.

Is anyone having problems with Dial-Global's feed starting at 2PM CT.

We have two receivers at seperate sites and both are showing faults.  Ed
Shultz's show ending at 2PM was fine.
