[BC] KFEQ loses Tower to Farmer

I suspect the "mowing hay" confused the writer... since US 71 doesn't 
go anywhere near Hays, KS.

Interesting to note that the station has an app in to go ND-2 
with  1.87 kW D and 1.25 kW N using the #3 tower of the existing daytime array.

Be interesting to see if A) they get the STA, and B) if they bother 
to replace the downed tower...
