An acquaintance of mine owns a hotel in a rural area. The public room has a TV, as many places do. Is he required to pay some sort of fee such as AFTRA/BMI/SESAC require for playing a radio where the public might hear it? I haven't been able to Google up a clear answer. Craig Healy Providence, RI
