That's because a million watts ERP is allowed on UHF. Like I said, much better
urban building penetration. That channel 6 in Philly mut be run by morons to
stay there, especially where a UHF is now available for them to use.

But, KTVT is going from 24 kW on VHF-High Band to 1000 kW on UHF.

Others have done the same.
