[BC] Bdcst. Equip. Auction

If you go look at SCMS auction page, much of this auction is their
surplus, B stock, and used gear.  Some items are from stations giving the
gear to be auctioned for a broadcast scholarship.  But if it's showing
Pineville, NC, it's likely SCMS.
