BTW, the R L Rasmus is the same Ron Rasmus that used to own CDC automation
systems... which went under circa 1977. I dealt with Ron to buy three of
those systems, for WALL, WHVW and WDNH - Honesdale, PA not Dover, NH.  They
were pretty good system, perhaps a bit ahead of their time. Some were badged
and sold by RCA.
