[BC] The economy and used gear

The BC-3 deckplate was silk screened for lables thus harder to spot match
the paint.  I did plug holes on a 5133 Gatesway and repaint with great
results.  To answer Scott's question, the console is just part of my console
collection.  Ya clean, repair then look at them.
