[BC] Sacto Tower Down

A quick check of Sacto TV reports:

A 250-foot radio tower for Radio Disney 1470 AM collapsed, damaged a 
second tower, and threatened a third tower along the American River 
Parkway, near Lathrop Way and Commerce Circle.

Radio Disney said it will take two weeks to restore full power.
