[BC] Radio station ignoring rules

Gee, I've worked for a station or three that Ignored FCC rules... i can
think of a particular one in New Hampshire that comes to mind, along with
one in Florida and Mississippi...

Anyways, Powell Way would say I can get in trouble just by THINKING, because
whatever is on my mind can't be good, lol
