Hi Carl,
Welcome aboard.

I seem to remember that Broadcast Audio Corp was bought by Fidelipac. I 
could be wrong but that is what I seem to remember.

Check with Dave Strode of Sandies on this. Dave was with Fidelipac and 
then LPB when they bought Fidelipac.
