Carl,

They need an iso-choke made from CAT 5 or one made of 1/2" copper tube
bent into a choke and the CAT5 cable run through the tube (prior to
bending).  This is commonly done with transmission line.

Keep in mind your array will need re-tuning and re-proofing after the work
has been completed.
