I justified it by rationalizing that at 65 I've been 13 five times.  A 
year before or after that then I'd be ineligible.

I could not view that web site with out violating it's Terms of 
Service.
The TOS clearly states you must be 13 years of age!  I passed that 
mile
stone many years ago,,, I may still act 13 at times but I can not 
claim
that I am 13 year of age.
