[BC] Part 15 radio station

Actually the devices that fall under the parts of the Part 15 rules 
pertaining to broadcast frequencies  were only intended to reach 
across the room at best.

  AM devices began life as phono oscillators so you could hook up a 
record player and feed it to an AM receiver.  Now there are also FM 
modulators that have a very similar function.

Personally,  I think a system could be built that conforms to all the 
rules cited. It would take a lot more engineering than goes into the 
usual units currently in the marketplace.
