[BC] Female engineers

Welcome to the fray Kim.
Where I am at having a female engineer is not that out of the ordinary.
Personally, I dont see why anyone would have any preconceived ideas or women
or Hams or whatever. Each person is an individual. If they are good, I
dont care if they are green or a horse.
