Total Recorder

You can set it up to various sample sizes. Tell it to make a new file 
per hour, filename date-timestamp.

Then, put the files on a shared drive, server, etc.

It will take contact closures through the parallel port, if you use a PC 
with such a port. That will cause recording only when th contacts go true.

Periodically dump the skim files to CD if you wish.
