That's right! Give the market what it's lacking, and super-serve them. Get 
the advertisers by pounding the bricks and handshakes. NYC has no more Jazz 
station. Someone should be able to pick that up and make it work. There's no 
Country station there, either.

The problem is who and where? Until stations start selling at more reasonable 
prices, only the big conglomerates are going to own them. Once they "fall 
back" to where locals can afford them, we may well see creativity and FUN come 
back along with modest, sustainable revenues. It takes WORK. Seems like that's a 
dirty word these days.

Then you look at those people at "Radio One" getting millions for running the 
Company into the ground! How DOES that work, anyway?!
