[BC] Rimshot signals and their studios

In my opinion, it seems like Las Vegas has a faiur amount of rimshot signals
targeting the market. Licensed to Pahrump, Hawthorne, Moapa and other towns,
40 to 60 miles away who usually get a booster or three to better cover Las
Vegas.

For these signals that are licensed to towns so far away, but targeting Las
Vegas.. where are their studios? They obviously have to maintain some sort
of local studio in or near their City of License.

Where does a station usually put their "main studios" .. in a doctor's
office? lawyers office? real estate agents office? What is the most unique,
odd or different place you've seen a station put it's"functional local main
studio"?

What does equipment usually consist of in a "functional local main studio"?
