Alot of sports stations are all satelitted, with no local on air 
staff salaries to worry about, so low overhead.

have a reeptionist who can also do traffic and some commercial 
production 2 sales people on commission who can do production and 
there's your entire staff.

All satelitted sports is the cheap way out.
