I understand the concern, but it has worked in Europe,
and if restricted to purely digital signals in 20 kHz
channels, it shouldn't be all that hard. The only real
problem I see is airspace for siting the towers that
would be needed, and given the range of coverage that
shouldn't be too hard either.
