That's not what I'm looking for. I'd like to, at the *minimum* keep what we already *had*! Now, even that precious little bit is being stripped away! >:[ (Rob the poor to give more to the rich?)

What I complain the most about are the stations that are running *illegally* high power at night. I can only imagine that now there will be a *spate* of illegally high PSSA's being run. I'm sure that we will simply sign-off, as 3 watts is just completely worthless to us.

"Ratcheting"...? from 500 down to 3?! For crying out loud, we've been running that 500 watt PSSA for 19 years! Even at 500 watts, many evenings, WTWP still obliterates us at my home, 13 miles away in the major lobe. (I get 7mv/m at day power, 5Kw, at my house. WTWP peaks between 5-10, and as much as 20 at night.)

In all seriousness, three watts is just absolutely useless! Literally, you won't be able to listen more than 1/4 mile away. Perhaps some evening I can test this... set the TX for the putrid 3 watts, then wait until PSSA time, and drive out of the driveway... and see how far I get before WTWP drowns us out. I probably won't even get to the end of our street. (About a 1/3 mile-long dead end.)

I don't forsee 24 hour IBUZ happening. Ever. I do see feeding frenzies for the lawyers, though.
