Hi,

I have seen two open wire sites and worked on one, both were in San Antonio
5Kw DAs.

KONO 820 - 2 Tower DA was 5 Wire System 4 Outer and 1 Inner.
A 5 kw Collins feed via coax a matching section that fed the open line, the
line ran from TX building to the 1st Tower then on to the second tower. To
tune the DA you made adjustmnets at the tower base. The Array was very
stable reliable. The site was moved several years ago. An all new Coax
system is being used at the new site.

KTSA 570, still uses or used what looked like a ladder line system.
Looks like a small Power line running from tower to tower. I dont know much
more about that system.
