[BC] FCC mission "too fat"

The fish rots from the head down. Place blame for this (and you are correct
in your assessment, IMO) on the clown in the White House. Practically all of
his appointments to the Commission have been political hacks who have no
unique qualifications for the job, except they are friends of W. Congress
also shares some blame, for failing in their oversight duty. They just
rubberstamp whatever W sent them.
