Willie,
   How far did your wires go out from the reference tower?  It appeared
that the wires were insulated copper, is that o.k. to use?

WFIF was built with counterpoise grounds to mitigate the effects of the 
rising/falling tides.

These were before we had it repared, BTW. (They were provided for the
purpose 
of getting an estimate, in fact.) I just haven't removed them, so there
