[BC] Oh No another automation comparison question

I have never experienced a trouble call to Audio Vault taking days for a
return call.

I have always gotten prompt and competent call backs even at 1 or 2 AM.

I'd have to agree with Paul there.  Their service is typically awful.
It can sometimes take days to get a callback.  And I have a client who
has AudioVault who complains about the same thing.
