  That damn broker is probably going to some AM stand alone stations,
telling them some BS that the commission has already approved the use of
FM translators for stand alone AM's!

  I've learned that some radio brokers are like used car salespeople!

As a side note to this, just received a list (via the small market group
folks at the NAB--just for fyi) that a broker down in New Mexico is
trying to peddle translator c.p.'s from the last window.  Some 1,000 of
them.   Looks like the Edgewater/Radio Assist folks. One on the list is
for a site where they haven't even gotten a C.P. yet. (Probably already
have the fix in to get it).
