[BC] Shure desktop microphone

That mic is not intended for AV, PA or Broadcast use...it is a 2-way or
ham mic for base or dispatch use....only passes 300-5000hz....if you
MUST use it, I would ohm out the leads going to the element......they
might be wired through the PTT switch on the base of the mic stand that
is part of the microphone. The mic is not a 150 ohm balanced mic.

A fellow employee got a hold of a Shure Microphone Model 450 desk top
unit.
Do any of you know what the pin out would be for an XLR connection?  Can
I use a 3 pin male connector?

The wires are:
Ground
Black
White
Red
Green

Any information would be helpful.  You can email me off the list.
