I agree unless they decide to be grumpy and claim you should have had your fail 
safe wired through your STL or silence sensor so if it went off it would shut 
down.  I helped out an AM day timer once that when I started there I discovered 
they were shutting off the transmitter every night by flipping the switch on the 
STL.  They had a remote control but no one knew the phone number or how to use 
it let alone the password to it.  I reset it and reprogrammed it after I figured 
out what wire went where and fixed the problem.  There number one complaint was 
the repair expense on the transmitter and tube replacements.  No wonder when you 
shut down a hot transmitter killing the blower and all and then fire it up cold 
with a short filament warm up time what did they expect.  Things got better 
after the remote was fixed.  Guess I got off track on the subject  Sorry.
