Clearly it's not, since many people had legitimate questions about 
why the station is shutting down. If it's because of IBUZ, it's 
bogus. IBUZ will have no impact on the station unless there's 
interference. It won't cost the station a penny. It really sounds as 
though those involved have lost interest or lost funding.
