Margaret was a blessing when our station was affiliated with one of ABC's long-form music formats. When no one else could help us, Margaret seemed to know what to do to resolve our problems. She should be celebrated! It was always refreshing to talk to someone who was not only a skilled engineer, but also a broadcaster. Never once did she utter the magic words "it's leaving here fine, no one else has reported that problem". She was one of the reasons we stayed with ABC for as long as we did.
