[BC] New Harmonic in the world/mid of nite

I was wondering that myself Jim...and why transmitters choose to get sick in
the middle of the night so often. I wonder what it would take to overturn
the Murphy legeslation.   We probably could not get the 75% or 3/5ths
majority needed anyway. Its always something.
